Oh yes, we all want that sexy midsection! But be forewarned that all of the abdominal workouts in the world will not get you six-pack abs if you still have a layer of fat around your stomach. Focus on losing the fat first, or you'll never have the abs you're dreaming of. But that's not all ab workouts are good for. It stabilizes your core so you can run faster, jump higher, and change directions more quickly while playing sports. And it gives you great posture.
