If you aren't doing Pilates already, you should definitely start! Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core muscles, improve your posture, and prevent injuries. Pilates will also improve your athletic performance and, if you have back problems, make your back feel amazing. (Well, they will probably make your back feel amazing even if you don't have trouble with your back, but the difference in how your back feels will be even more amazing if you do.)
